Description: When we came up with the Red Tail blend, we were looking to craft a coffee that captured the power and the glory of our state’s amazing raptor birds. As a big, bold dark roast, we think Red tail does just that. This blend features tasting notes of bright Cherry and nutmeg on the first sip, followed by a strong, toasty note of dark chocolate, and finishes with a delightful nutty flourish. And being roasted dark means you’re sure to find all of the flavors you crave, no matter how light and sweet you like your morning brew.
